Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No.1 to look into the complaint dated 9th October 2014 made by the Petitioner, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition and take appropriate decision thereon expeditiously. Ordered accordingly. Said complaint of the Petitioner shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law patilsr 1 / 2

and after hearing all concerned.
