The learned counsel for the original appellant/insurance company has submitted that the insurance company has deposited an amount of Rs.11,82,821/- as per the award passed by the Tribunal. It is submitted that the principal amount of compensation is Rs.8,39,680/-.

The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted the applicants/original respondent nos. 1 and 2 are the parents; original respondent nos. 3 and 4 are the sisters. The applicants/original respondent nos. 1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- on furnishing P.R. Bond. The remaining amount is to be invested in any nationalized bank till the final decision of the Appeal.
