The learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have an effective remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though the learned Counsel for the petitioners sought to make submission on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. In that case, all contentions of parties are kept open.

4.

In case the petitioners fle proceedings before the Tribunal, the petitioners may request for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. The Tribunal may consider the request of the petitioners in view of the fact that the petition was fled before this Court in the year 2019. No costs.
