We have perused the report of Dy. Commissioner of Police. It is submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed on the basis of the complaint lodged against the Petitioners. The party-in-person has a grievance against the police officers, namely -PSI Anil Rokade, PSI Sunil Budhkar, PI Jayandra Sawant, Sr. P.I. Vinay Kulkarni and DCP Jaikumar. In view of the statement made by the learned public prosecutor that now the charge-sheet is filed against both the Petitioners, the Petitioners may resort to an Borey 1/2

spb/ 906wp4894-15.doc appropriate alternate remedy as permissible under the Criminal Procedure Code, by taking necessary steps In case the Petitioners desire to pursue their grievance against the said police officers, the petitioners may file a comprehensive representation to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai.
