Learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the Corporation had issued notices under section 260 and 267 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act 2015. The petitioner may contest the said show cause notice. 2.

We direct the Corporation to decide and pass an appropriate order after hearing the petitioner within a period of three weeks. The decision be communicated to the Petitioner. Till then status-quo as on today be maintained.

In case, the Corporation passes any adverse order, the said shall not be effected for the period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the said order.
