The applicant prays for relaxation of condition No.(iv) imposed by this Court while granting bail to him vide an order dated 1st November, 2017 passed in Bail Application No.799 of 2017.

35-IA-4102-2023.doc applicant has been attending Kalyan Police Station scrupulously as per the directions of this Court, in support of which, he has tendered photostat copies of the attendance register. 3.

Considering the fact that the trial has not yet commenced, despite such a long period, application is allowed. Condition No. (iv) which reads thus;

"(iv) Applicant shall report to Kalyan Police Station on first Sunday of each month till the framing of charge".

stands relaxed. It is made clear that the applicant shall not breach rest of the conditions imposed while granting bail to him. 4.

The applicant shall furnish his mobile number and permanent residential address to the concerned Police Station forthwith. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
