Learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the officers of the Corporation had visited the subject structure, standing on land bearing Survey No.29. Counsel further submits that, the Corporation is yet to issue any notice. In case, any notice is issued by the Corporation, the petitioner may contest the same on its own merits.

We direct the Corporation not to disturb the structure without following prescribed procedure in law. 3.
