It is not in dispute that the Petitioner has already availed of remedy under section 19 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.

In view of this fact, we decline to entertain this Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for challenging the impugned Award. The Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, all contentions of the Petitioner are kept open which can be agitated in the remedy adopted by the Petitioner.
