The applicant herein is challenging the order rejecting an application under Section 389 of Cr.P.C. by the appellate Court i.e. the City Civil Court seized with Criminal Appeal No.676 of 2017. The application under Section 389 of Cr.P.C. was rejected on 7.11.2017.
