The Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had approached this Court for seeking quashment of the proceedings bearing RCC No. 175/2019 arising our the Crime No. I-47/2017 registered at Malegaon Camp Police Station, Nashik against the Petitioner for commission of offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 313, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC and during the pendency of the Petition the proceedings resulted in a acquittal of the Petitioner vide judgment and order dated 11th November, 2021, as such nothing survives in the present Petition. In view of these submissions, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as it has been rendered infructuous.
