In pursuance of Orders dated 18th January 2023 and 1st February 2023, Mr. Anil N. Dhole, Inspector of Police attached to Mahim Police Station, Mumbai has filed Affidavit dated 2nd February 2023. It is stated therein that, the Mahim Police Station has forwarded Final Verification Report to the Regional Passport Office i.e. Respondent No.3 and the Application of Petitioner is pending before Respondent No.3 for further Orders.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner that, the Respondent No.1 i.e. Mahim Police Station did not submit Verification 1/2
