The only prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1State to consider and take appropriate decision on the communication dated 29th June, 2012 received on 6th July, 2012 send by Respondent No. 2 to him.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement on the basis of said communication, we dispose of this Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-16-wp-4220-2015 Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to consider the Petitioner's claim keeping in view the letter dated 29th June, 2012 received on 6th July, 2012 send by Respondent No. 2 to Respondent No. 1. Let the decision of the aforesaid be taken within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petitioners may submit a detailed representation along with the said letter before Respondent No. 1 within two weeks. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
