By this PIL, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking following reliefs: "A. Public Interest Litigation may kindly be allowed. B.

Be pleased to call for record and proceedings of the pending cases under Money Laundering in which Hon'ble Supreme Court had observed in S.L.P. (Cri.) Nos. 753-756 of 2004.

C.

Comprehensive List of all pending cases under 1 / 2

CRPILL. 63-15 MCOCA to be provided for further research under Transitional Organized Crime.

D.

Permission to convert the mentioned cases linked to Mr. Bharat Shah into an Educational Case Study Film of Transnational Organized Crime.

E.

Ad-interim and interim relief in terms of prayer clause [C] above.

F.

Time-Limit to be set for implementing the Honourable Supreme Court Order.

G.

Any other suitable and equitable relief may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice and facts and circumstances of the case."
