By this civil application, applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 27.01.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which Writ Petition (St.) No.16349 of 2011 stands dismissed for non removal of office objections. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and the reasons disclosed in civil application, I am S.C.Magar

11-caw-309-2019.doc satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- a) Order dated 27.01.2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside.

b) Writ Petition (St.) No.16349 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

c) Applicant to remove all office objections in Writ Petition (St.) No.16349 of 2016 on or before 30.03.2019, failing which civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. e) No order as to costs.
