By this First Appeal, appellants are challenging the judgment and award dated 5.12.2014 passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag at Raigad in L.A.R.No.1147 of 2000 holding that Respondent original Claimants are entitled additional compensation of Rs.24,55,894/-.

Considering the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. for the appellant and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the appellant has made out a case for following order:

b. The Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
