The applicant was enlarged on bail on 31.03.2018. The applicant could not avail of the bail as the applicant was in custody in some other offences. Now the applicant has secured bail in all other cases. He wants to avail of the bail and therefore seeks extension.

Learned APP opposed the application.

Considering that the bail order was granted by the Sessions Court as far back on 31.03.2018, for the reasons mentioned in the application, despite the opposition of learned APP, the application can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
