Heard Mr. Ghag, the learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Patil, the learned A.P.P. for Respondent No.1/State. 3.

It is not necessary to give notice to the Respondent No.2. A limited prayer of the Applicant is that the learned Magistrate may be directed to comply the order of this Court dated 27th and 28th of January, 2014. In fact, the Applicant need not come before this Court with such a prayer. However, it appears that due to unreasonable 1/2

delay allegedly caused by the learned Magistrate in signing the requisite Bond, pursuant to the order dated 27th and 28th January, 2014, the Passport of the Applicant is not being released by the Police. It is submitted that the matter was mentioned before the learned Magistrate on number of occasions and that the learned Magistrate is still not signing the Bond.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the learned Magistrate shall take all necessary steps to see that the order dated 27th and 28th January, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.29 of 2014 in Criminal Writ Petition No.1505 of 2011 is complied with immediately.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that non-compliance of the order without any reasonable cause will be viewed seriously.
