This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal which was dismissed by conditional order dated 1st August, 2017. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the First Appeal is dismissed for non-removal of office objections by order dated 1st August, 2017. He submitted that most of the office objections are removed and only one office objection remained to be removed and he will be removing it immediately. 4.
