By these four civil applications, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 31st October,2017 passed by this court dismissing the aforesaid writ petitions for want of prosecution. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents though served.

For the reasons recorded in the civil applications, order dated 31st October,2017 dismissing the aforesaid four writ petitions is recalled.

The aforesaid writ petitions are restored to file along with interim relief, if any, on the date of the dismissal of the writ petitions. 5.

Civil applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
