Mr. Saraogi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, pray for withdrawal of the Petition. Learned Counsel was fair enough to submit before this Court that the Petitioners had approached this Court with a prayer of quashment of the report lodged against the Petitioners. The Petitioners had also approached the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad by filing Miscellaneous Application. Learned Counsel submits that in the Petition filed before this Court, neither any Order on merit is passed nor any Interim Order is passed by this Court and the Petitioners pray for 1/2
