Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. We direct the applicant to implead M/s.Ishwar Reality Private Limited and M/s.Piramal Estate Private Limited as party respondents to the PIL. We grant leave to incorporate additional averments and prayers. Even this amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Place the PIL on 7th January 2016.
