Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh for the same cause of action. To that effect he has given in writing. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same is accepted. He submits that the present petition was filed in the name of the Society. He submits that Respondent No. 3 is the administrative officer of the Society. He has not taken permission to file this petition from Administrator. Borey 1/2
