The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Registrar Judicial by order dated 22 September 2022 directed the Applicant to remove office objection. The Applicant could not remove the office objection within stipulated time. Hence, the Application is dismissed.

The learned counsel further submit that due to personal difficulty he could not remove the office objection within stipulated time. Hence, requested to allow the Application.
