The applicant was granted bail vide order dated 2nd November, 2017. On executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- on furnishing one or two solvent surety in the like amount. The applicant was also released on depositing cash security in the amount which is 25,000/- for a period of four weeks. Subsequently, by order dated 12th December, 2017 time to furnish surety was extended by six weeks. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that requisite documents for furnishing documents are presented at the Registry of trial Court and

Sknair 501-appp-1393-18.odt acceptance is under process. Apparently, the time to furnish surety or permission to continue on cash security was not extended after the order dated 12th December, 2017. Learned advocate for the applicant further submitted that the applicant had been attending the Court regularly in accordance with the order passed by this Court. It is submitted that on account of non extension of time to furnish surety, the Registry of the trial Court has not accepted surety and therefore it is prayed that time to furnish surety be extended and cash bail facility be extended for six weeks. 3.

In the circumstances, time to execute the surety bond is extended by six weeks and facility of cash bail granted to the applicant is also extended by six weeks.
