After perusing the said inquiry report, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Petitioner at this stage, Mr. Borulkar learned counsel for Petitioner on instructions from Petitioner, who is personally present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw present Petition unconditionally.
