The petition is filed seeking direction to file FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28th September, 2016. 2.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned, stated that on the basis of the petitioner' complaint, FIR bearing CR No.78 of 2017 has been registered by the Sion Police Station. In support of her statement, she has tendered a copy of the report dated 30th March, 2017, of Senior Police Inspector, Sion Police Station, Mumbai. The same is taken on record and marked "X". 3.
