P.C. :- 1] That from out of deposited amount of Rs.3,48,400/-, an amount of Rs.2,00,216/- has already been withdrawn by the applicant. Accordingly, no case is made out for further withdrawals. There is also an issue as to whether the application has been filed by the advocate, who has filed his vakalatnama in the matter or not. Irrespective of such controversy, there is really no case made out for permitting further withdrawal.

2] Accordingly, civil application is dismissed. The registry to verify whether or not any vakalatnama is filed or not in the main matter and accordingly, made an endorsement on the cause list when the appeal is placed for final disposal.
