The petitioner preferred an application for parole on 28/11/2015 on the ground of illness of his mother. The said application was rejected by order dated 22/03/2016. Being aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred an appeal. The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is not yet decided, therefore, the petitioner has prayed for parole.

In view of the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending consideration, therefore, we deem it appropriate to direct the authorities to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
