This application is received from the appellant in appeal against the conviction for grant of legal aid. This application is made on 30th October 2017. However, the appeal preferred by the appellant through private Advocate engaged by him has been already admitted on 23rd November 2016. There is no prayer made by the applicant for grant of discharge to the Advocate who has been already appointed. Hence, no relief can be granted in this application and the same is rejected.
