Parties through their counsel. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the proposal has been submitted on 10 November, 2015 for grant of approval of appointment of Mr. Vaibhav Arun Ghodake with effect from 1 September 2015 but the proposal has not been decided as yet. It is also the grievance of the petitioners that without deciding the said proposal of the respondents are likely to send surplus teachers in the petitioners' school. 3.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.3 to decide the petitioners' proposal dated 10 November, 2016 Exhibit-D as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of this order.
