The grievance of the petitioner is that the Writ Petition which he had preferred praying for furlough has not yet been decided.

It is to be noted that the petitioner had preferred the present Writ Petition on 18.10.2017. Prior to that, the jfoanz vkacsjdj 1 of 2

5. cri. wp 4978-17.doc petitioner had sent communication through jail vide Outward No. 14071/16 praying for furlough. This communication was numbered as Cri. Writ Petition No. 4582 of 2016. The said Writ Petition has already been decided by this Court. In view of these facts, the present petition has become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
