DATED :
JUNE 20, 2016.
P.C. :
The maternal grandfather of Aamir Naif Asif Siddiqui is present in the Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Aamir has not been admitted to private school so far. His grandfather says that school leaving certificate is still lying with the petitioner. The family has planned that Aamir be admitted to a private tuition classes so that he directly appears in 10th standard examination conducted by the Board. By that method, Aamir would be saving one or two years of his

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raises doubts about the capacity of the uncle, father to pay fees of the child. The apprehension is that probably the child would work privately somewhere. The grandfather has provided his residential address to the counsel.
Aamir, son of the petitioner is present in Court. Petitioner is also present in the Court. It seems that parties are not inclined to settle the issue as to whether the son should get admitted to 8th standard or directly to 10th standard examination. In the facts, we find that the purpose of the petition is served. Writ petition is disposed of.
