1) This is an application for condonation of delay of 2125 days in preferring the Appeal against conviction.

2) Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, since the date of his arrest the Applicant is behind bars and therefore after the pronouncement of impugned Judgment and Order he could not file appeal within the period of limitation. That, the Applicant was not guided by any person to prefer the appeal within the period of limitation and therefore the said delay has occurred.
