By the consent order passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.112 of 2014, the matrimonial petition filed by the respondent pending in the court of Akola was transferred to the Family court at Pune. However, it has been later realized by the parties that the jurisdiction over the matter would vest in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, and not the Family court at Pune. Hence, the present Miscellaneous application came to be filed. The application is not opposed by the respondent. Hence, the same is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).
