The only request in this petition is that the first respondent must find time to hear the appeal filed by the petitioners. If it is not possible to find time to decide it finally, at least the application for stay therein ought to be considered. 2.

We are not referring to any facts in details nor the submissions for we do not see how this request as made can be termed as unreasonable or unjust.

In the above circumstances, we direct that within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the J.V.Salunke,PA

916-WP.14144.2016.doc appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal and if it is not possible to dispose of the appeal finally, at least there should be an order passed on the stay application. Let the appellate authority hear all concerned and pass the requisite orders within the stipulated time. No extension of time will be granted. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
