Mr. Jayesh Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions from Mr. Uday Nighot seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Mr. Joshi points out that Mr. Nighot has received oral instructions to withdraw this petition and the written communication to this effect is to follow. He submits that as and when written instructions are furnished, leave may be granted to simply place them on record.

Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this petition and the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
