Heard. Perused the FIR.

Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.459 of 2019 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station for the alleged ofences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 143, 144, 145, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. One Nawab is the complainant, who is also accused in cross-complaint fled by the applicant no.3 herein. It appears in altercation, applicant no.1 had sufered displaced fracture of frontal bone and no Shivgan 1/2

909-ABA-26582019.odt abnormality was detected in the CT Scan of applicant no.2. The learned APP submits that in the cross complaint, complainant was arrested and released on bail. There are two crimes registered against applicant no.1, three crimes against applicant no.2 and ofence punishable under the NDPS Act against applicant no.3.
