Mr. Kazi states that petitioner No.3 is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of Permanent Account No.ALNPM0465F, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

Mr. Kazi states that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled in the trial Court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. Petitioner No.3, who is present in the Court, confirms this fact.
