Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned A.G.P., we deem it convenient to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.1 to decide the proposal, for granting approval to the appointment of the Petitioner, submitted by the Head Master of Respondent No.4-School on 1st August 2011, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A, Page No.9, to this Petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
