Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Inspector General of Prison, Maharashtra State, submitted that, Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, Pune, by an Order dated 21st December 2022 has directed that, the Petitioner will be transferred to Kolhapur Open Prison with immediate effect. That the Petitioner has informed the concerned Police Officer, who servered him with a notice of surrender, that he will surrender to Kolhapur District Open Prison on 23rd December 2022. 2.

In view of above, the relief as sought for by the Petitioner is worked out.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
