The prayer is for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.152 of 2019.

Learned APP on instructions informs that the accused/applicants are not only charge-sheeted but also charge is framed. As such, the Court below has already taken cognizance. 4.

That being so, the application stands disposed of with liberty to question the charge-sheet in the fresh proceedings or apply for discharge before the Court below.
