By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 14 days in filing the appeal from order. Since I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant on merits of the matter and have proposed to dismiss the appeal from order itself, I am inclined to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the appeal from order. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a). No order as to costs.
