The record indicates that the impugned order dated 25th July, 2016 granting maintenance to the sons of the petitioner and respondent was modified by this court by its order dated 29th June, 2017. By the said order, the monthly maintenance of Rs. 20,000/- awarded to the sons of the parties herein was reduced to Rs. 15,000/- per month. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly depositing the said amount of Rs. 15,000/- per month towards maintenance of his sons in the Family Court. 2.

He further submitted that the Petition No. A-2550 of 2012 filed by the respondent under Section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been dismissed for default by the Family Court by its order dated 13th August, 2018.

In view thereof, the interim order dated 29th June, 2017 passed by this Court is hereby confirmed.
