2) In view thereof, according to us, present Application for quashing of CC No. 2107/PW/2015 arising out of CR No. 149 of 2014 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai, does not survive. Application is accordingly disposed off.

3) All contentions of both the parties are kept open to be raised before the trial Court.

4) As the crime is of year 2014 and the chargesheet was submitted in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra, Mumbai in the 1/2
