Heard Mr. Sadavarte, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
Perused the FIR. Perusal thereof prima-facie discloses commission of offence under sections 380, 457 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The veracity of the allegations made in the FIR cannot be gone into at this stage. The petitioner's prayer for quashing the FIR, therefore, cannot be entertained. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Needless to mention that the observations made hereinabove are for the purpose of disposal of the present petition. All issues on merits are kept open. This order will not come in the way of the petitioner for filing an application for discharge after the charge-sheet is filed in the trial Court.
