P.C. :- P.C. :- The Applicant was released on bail by order dated 17.11.2016 on the condition that he shall execute the PR bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The Applicant could not furnish surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- within outer limit and hence, time to furnish surety was extended by six weeks vide order dated 10.2.2017. Second extension was granted on 20.10.2017 for a period of five weeks.
It appears that on 26.10.2017, application was filed to furnish solvent surety in lieu of cash surety before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.12, Dindoshi, Mumbai and it Shivgan

In view of this fact, vide order dated 15.1.2018, the learned APP was directed to seek the status of the verification report. The learned APP, who was then directed to seek the report is not present . The learned APP who is present today is not aware of the Status of the Verification Report. In view of the facts, if the solvent surety is furnished by the Applicant on 26.10.2017, then the concerned Court is directed to pass appropriate order accepting surety or otherwise in accordance with law within a week from the order produced.
