Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 2.

Only request of Mr. Talekar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner be allowed to fle reply to the Application fled under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"). 3.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 states that he has no objection if the Petitioner is allowed to fle reply. Accordingly, reply if any, be fled to said Application fled under Section 41-A of the said Act on or before 10th November 2023. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn, subject to above.
