The order under Sections 149 and 150 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 was sought to be challenged by initiating proceedings under the provisions of Section 74 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948. Therefore, the remedy adopted by the petitioner invoking Section 74 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 was not available to the petitioner; hence, the order impugned need not be interfered with. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
