By a reasoned Order dated 04.12.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates. Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that the Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and joined the process of investigation. As noted in the order dated 04.12.2017, as far as the present applicant is concerned, the only allegation against her is that she is Director of Talent Transformation Center Private Limited and has issued one or two letters/emails to the company of the informant on behalf of her company. It further appears that the coaccused Ravi Khera has played vital role in the present crime including administering threats of extortion to the informant. 909 aba 2108-17=.doc that the police have completed the investigation and has already submitted charge-sheet as against co-accused Ravindra Kheda. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, for further investigation of the present crime, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary. Interim relief granted by order dated 04.12.2017 is hereby confirmed, however the condition to attend the Investigating Officer/police station is waived.
