By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in MECR No.908 of 2023 registered with the Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai, to any other Police Station within the Zone - IX and a direction to the respondent No.4 - Deputy N. S. Chitnis 1/2

23-wp.3899.2023.doc Commissioner of Police, Zone IX, to supervise the investigation. 3.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that the investigation in the said case has already been transferred to PSI - G. P. Gayake, and that the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone IX is supervising the investigation.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, since his grievance stands redressed. 5.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed, on the aforesaid terms.
